Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to make a exchange or return, please follow the guidelines below:

Return and Exchange Window

  • Returns or Exchanges due to Change of Mind: Up to 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery.

  • Exchanges due to Defective Items: Up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery.

Conditions

  • The item must be in pristine condition, unworn/unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • For defective items, photos or videos demonstrating the issue are required.

Process

  1. Send an email to [email protected] including your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Wait for our instructions and authorization before shipping the product back.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a replacement, issue a refund, or provide a store credit for future purchases, based on your preference.

Important: Items sent back without prior notice will not be accepted.
